Before You Order

We’re so grateful you’re here.

At this time, all orders are arranged personally through our contact form. To request an order, please include:

  • What you’d like to order

  • Quantity

  • Preferred date

  • Delivery (within 30 km of Smiths Falls) or market pickup

  • If market pickup, please specify which market

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm availability, timing, and payment details.

Order Notice

  • 2–3 days’ notice is required.

  • During peak market season (May–October), 3–5 days’ notice may be required.

  • Large or custom orders may require additional lead time.

Orders are not secured until confirmation and full payment have been received.

Delivery & Pickup

  • We are based in Smiths Falls.

  • Local delivery is available within 30 km (delivery fees may apply depending on distance).

  • We do not offer shipping at this time.

  • During market season (May–October), weekend orders are available for market pickup only. Please visit our Events page to see where we’ll be.

 

We will confirm your pickup window or delivery time once your order is approved.

Order Changes

If you need to adjust your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. We will always do our best to accommodate changes when possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because everything is made fresh to order:

  • Cancellations made 72+ hours before fulfillment are eligible for a refund (minus processing fees, if applicable).

  • Orders cancelled within 72 hours of fulfillment are non-refundable.

  • Custom or large-volume orders may require a non-refundable deposit.

If we ever need to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pickup Policy

Please plan to pick up your order during your confirmed time window. If you’re running late, just let us know — communication always helps.

Orders not picked up within the scheduled window may not be remade or refunded.

Kitchen Disclosure

All items are made in our licensed home kitchen. While we take care, this is not a nut-free or gluten-free environment.
